摘 要:三元复合驱采出液成分的变化使现有过滤罐反冲洗效果变差,导致反冲洗周期变短,聚合物在过滤罐内累积,影响过滤水质。如何有效改善过滤罐滤料反冲洗再生效果、提高过滤效能和抗冲击能力,成为三元采出水处理的重要攻关方向。基于聚驱采出水轴向动态反冲洗技术的成功应用,针对三元采出水水质情况,考察过滤级数、过滤速度和滤床结构等因素对过滤效能影响。结果表明:增加过滤级数能够提高油和悬浮物的去除率,但二级滤罐过滤效能明显低于一级滤罐;过滤速度在2.6~6.0 m/h变化时,对油去除率影响不大,降低过滤速度能够使悬浮物去除率提高5.0%~10.3%;滤床结构对过滤效能影响较大,采用Φ1.2~1.6 mm×900 mm核桃壳/Φ0.15~0.3 mm×1250 mm石榴石复合滤床处理三元采出水,油和悬浮物去除率分别为89.9%和84.2%,出水粒径中值为1.22μm。核桃壳和石榴石复合滤床是较理想处理三元采出水的滤床结构,具有较好的应用前景,当进水含油质量浓度≤170 mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度≤100 mg/L时,出水满足三元污水站“双20”水质指标要求。The change of produced liquid composition in ASP flooding makes the backwashing effect of the existing filter tank worse,resulting in shorter backwashing cycle and polymer accumulation in the filter tank,affecting the filtered water quality.How to effectively improve the backwashing regeneration effect of filter material in the filter tank,improve the filtration efficiency and impact resistance has become an important research direction of ASP flooding produced water treatment.Based on the successful application of axial dynamic backwashing technology of polymer flooding produced water,according to the quality of ASP flooding produced water,the effects of filtration stage,filtration speed and filter bed structure on filtration efficiency are investigated.The results show that increasing the number of filtration stages can improve the removal rate of oil and suspended solids,but the filtration efficiency of the secondary filter tank is significantly lower than that of the primary filter tank.When the filtration speed changes from 2.6 to 6.0 m/h,it has little effect on the oil removal rate.Reducing the filtration speed can improve the suspended solids removal rate by 5.0%~10.3%.The filter bed structure has a great impact on the filtration efficiency,ASP flooding produced water treated byΦ1.2~1.6 mm×900 mm walnut shell/Φ0.15~0.3 mm×1250mm garnet composite filter bed,the removal rates of oil and suspended solids are 89.9%and 84.2%separately,and the median particle size of effluent is 1.22μm.The walnut shell and garnet composite filter bed is an ideal filter bed structure for treating ASP flooding produced water.When the oil mass concentration of the inlet water is not higher than 170 mg/L and the suspended solids mass concentration is not higher than 100 mg/L,the effluent meets the requirements of"double 20"water quality index of ASP flooding sewage station,and has a good application prospect.
