摘  要:随着工业控制系统技术的更新升级、油田数字化改造的不断推进,油田工控系统需进行分散组网、集中监控的改造。结合油田生产中转油站、配制站工控系统硬件改造升级工作,以实现西门子、罗克韦尔两种品牌PLC硬件叠加后的组网通信为背景,通过使用WINCC软件的通信驱动兼容协议、AB PLC的“生产者/消费者”功能以及“MSG指令”功能、方法,分别实现了西门子、AB两种品牌PLC的上、下位通信以及CPU间通信。在实现过程中,既考虑了应用环境、场景、安全性方面的管理需求,又兼顾了不同软、硬件兼容性,数据传输的实时性等技术要求。此项技术研究可以直接应用于油田常用的AB、西门子PLC的组网通信。该研究成果可对其他品牌PLC的通信技术研究提供借鉴。With the upgrading of industrial control system technology and the continuous promotion of oilfield digital transformation,the oilfield industrial control system faces the need of decentralized networking and centralized monitoring.This paper combines the hardware transformation and upgrading of the industrial control system of the oilfield production transfer station and the preparation station.Based on the background of realizing the network communication after the hardware overlay of two brands of PLC,Siemens and Rockwell,by using the communication driver compatible protocol of WINCC software,the"producer/consumer"function of AB PLC and the"MSG command"function and method,the upper and lower communication and inter-CPU communication of the PLC of Siemens and AB are realized,respectively.In the process of implementation,the management requirements in terms of the application environment,scenario and security are considered,and the technical requirements such as different software and hardware compatibility,and real-time data transmission are also taken into account.This technology research can be directly applied to the oilfield commonly used AB,Siemens PLCs network communication,also the research results can provide a reference for other brands of PLC communication technology research.
