摘  要:成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)10来源于间充质细胞,介导间充质-上皮之间的信号转导,调控支气管-肺泡上皮细胞的增殖分化,在胚胎支气管-肺的形态发生过程中发挥重要调控作用。伴随组织修复和再生医学的兴起,FGF10在肺损伤中的修复能力开始受到关注,FGF10-FGF受体2b信号通路决定了FGF10靶向调控支气管-肺泡上皮的细胞特异性,在支气管-肺泡上皮的损伤性修复中发挥调控作用。然而,FGF10在肺损伤性修复中的表达调控和促进上皮修复的分子机制尚未明确,未来仍需更多研究进一步阐明其促进肺损伤性修复的分子机制。Fibroblast growth factor(FGF)10 is derived from mesenchymal cells,which mediates mesenchymal-epithelial signal transduction and regulates the proliferation and differentiation of broncho-alveolar epithelial cells,thus playing an important regulatory role in embryonic bronchio-pulmonary morphogenesis.With the rise of tissue repair and regenerative medicine,the role of FGF10 in the repair of lung injury is beginning to receive more attention.The FGF10-FGF receptor 2b signaling pathway determines its epithelial specificity of regulating broncho-alveolar epithelium,and plays a regulatory role in broncho-alveolar epithelial injury repair.However,the molecular mechanism of FGF10 expression regulation and promotion of epithelial repair in lung injury repair is still not clarified,and more studies are needed to further elucidate the molecular mechanism of its promotion of lung injury repair in the future.
