富血小板血浆治疗薄型子宫内膜的研究进展

摘　　要：薄型子宫内膜导致不孕的患病率逐年增加,严重影响人类生殖健康,临床表现为闭经、女性不孕和反复流产等。薄型子宫内膜的治疗方法众多,但治疗效果不理想。富血小板血浆(PRP)含有大量生长因子,在细胞增殖和组织愈合中起重要作用,可通过促进子宫内膜细胞增殖和迁移、抗炎、促血管生成、提高子宫内膜容受性等机制治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症,而影响PRP质量的因素众多,在PRP灌注部位、最佳浓度等方面优化PRP的质量,可能是今后的研究方向。宫腔内灌注PRP为探索薄型子宫内膜不孕症的治疗带来了新希望。The prevalence of infertility caused by thin endometrium is increasing year by year,which seriously affects human reproductive health.The clinical manifestations of thin endometrium are amenorrhea,infertility and repeated abortion.There are many treatments for thin endometrium,but the therapeutic effect is not ideal.Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)contains a large number of growth factors,which plays an important role in cell proliferation and tissue healing.It can treat thin endometrial infertility by promoting the proliferation and migration of endometrial cells,anti-inflammation,promoting angiogenesis and improving endometrial receptivity.However,there are many factors affecting the quality of PRP,optimization of PRP quality in terms of the perfusion site and optimal concentration etc.,may be a new research direction in the future.Intrauterine infusion of PRP has brought new hopes for exploring the treatment of thin endometrial infertility.
