摘 要:骨骼肌钝挫伤(SMC)是运动过程中较为常见的损伤,若不进行有效干预,轻者活动受限,重者挛缩畸形。SMC的病理损伤修复过程经历了破坏、修复和重塑3个阶段。目前已有研究对该疾病的物理治疗、传统康复治疗、中药疗法以及生物医学疗法等干预手段进行了基础研究的相关探索,发现积极的干预在改善SMC炎症反应、血液循环和新肌再生方面有一定效果,但其具体发生机制尚未明确。未来应进一步探索应用于SMC的相关治疗方法的干预机制,以期为该类疾病的临床研究和进一步完善个体化治疗方案提供更多思路。Skeletal muscle contusion(SMC)is a common injury in the process of exercise.Without effective intervention,in mild cases the mobility will be limited,and the contracture deformity will occur in severe cases.The pathological injury repair process of SMC experiences three stages:destruction,repair and remodeling.At present,there have been studies on the basic research of intervention means such as physical therapy,traditional rehabilitation therapy,traditional Chinese medicine therapy and biomedical therapy of the disease.It is found that active intervention has a certain effect in improving SMC inflammatory response,blood circulation and neomuscle regeneration,but its specific mechanism has not been clarified.In the future,the intervention mechanism of relevant treatment methods applied to SMC should be further explored,in order to provide more ideas for the clinical research of this kind of disease and further improve the individualized treatment scheme.
