摘  要:铁是机体必需的矿物质,在生理条件下参与机体的各种生物学过程。除生理作用外,铁还可能参与心肌不同状态下的适应过程。另一方面,铁代谢紊乱通过参与活性氧的产生在心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等心血管疾病中发挥重要作用。此外,铁死亡已被证明与缺血再灌注损伤及其他心脏疾病有关,是心肌细胞中一种重要的细胞死亡形式。因此,更好地理解铁代谢在心肌缺血再灌注损伤等心血管疾病中的作用及机制,有利于开发治疗心血管疾病的靶向药物。Iron is an essential mineral participating in different biological processes of the organism under physiological conditions.In addition to its physiological role,iron may also be involved in the adaptive processes of myocardial"conditioning".On the other hand,disorders of iron metabolism are involved in the pathological mechanisms of cardiovascular diseases such as ischemia/reperfusion injury,myocardial infarction and heart failure,due to its involvement in reactive oxygen species production.Moreover,ferroptosis has been shown to be associated with ischemia/reperfusion injury and several other cardiac diseases as a significant form of cell death in cardiomyocytes.Therefore,a better understanding of the role and mechanism of iron metabolism in cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury will be conducive to the development of new targeted drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
