摘 要:慢性创面的治疗一直是再生医学领域的一个难题。间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种具有多向分化潜能的细胞,近年来发现其可应用于慢性创面的修复。而外泌体作为MSC旁分泌途径的重要介质,在MSC介导的伤口修复中发挥着重要作用。外泌体通过将其中的蛋白质、微RNA等传递给靶细胞而具有调控细胞增殖和代谢的功能。MSC来源的外泌体可通过促进血管新生、细胞增殖和迁移、调节炎症等途径促进慢性创面愈合,这为今后慢性创面的治疗提供了一个新的方向,MSC来源的外泌体治疗慢性创面的机制有待进一步研究。The treatment of chronic wounds has always been a difficult problem in the field of regenerative medicine.Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)are cells with multi-directional differentiation potential.In recent years,it′s discovered that they can be used in the repair of chronic wounds.As an important mediator of the paracrine pathway of MSC,exosomes play an important role in wound repair mediated by MSC.Exosomes have the function of regulating cell proliferation and metabolism by delivering proteins and microRNAs in them to target cells.MSC-derived exosomes can promote chronic wound healing by promoting angiogenesis,cell proliferation and migration,and regulating inflammation.This provides a new direction for the treatment of chronic wounds in the future.The mechanism of MSC-derived exosomes in treating chronic wounds also needs further studies.
