摘  要:2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种患病率较高的代谢性疾病,以病程漫长、远期并发症复杂多样且难以根治为主要特点,发病机制尚未完全明确。近年来,肠道菌群、胆汁酸与T2DM发生发展的关系是实验室及临床研究的热点。肠道菌群与胆汁酸组成的肠道菌群-胆汁酸轴参与并影响机体葡萄糖代谢及糖稳态调节的过程,与胆汁酸池、胆汁酸受体、胆汁酸信号通路等因素密切相关。因此,深入探索肠道菌群和胆汁酸的相互关系及肠道菌群-胆汁酸轴作用于机体的具体机制有助于发现防治T2DM的新靶点。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a metabolic disease with a high prevalence,which is characterized by a long course of disease,complicated and diverse long-term complications and difficult cure,and its pathogenesis has not been completely clarified.In recent years,the relationship between intestinal flora,bile acids and the occurrence and development of T2DM has become a hot topic in laboratory and clinical research.The intestinal microbiota-bile acid axis is involved in and affects glucose metabolism and glucose homeostasis regulation,which is closely related to bile acid pool,bile acid receptors and bile acid signaling pathways.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the relationship between intestinal flora and bile acid and the specific mechanism of intestinal flora-bile acid axis on the body is helpful to discover new targets for the prevention and treatment of T2DM.
