摘　　要：糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)是糖尿病患者最常见的消化道并发症,且多见于病史较长的糖尿病患者,尤以1型糖尿病患者多见。DGP的具体机制目前尚未明确,胃运动障碍可能在其中发挥关键作用,内在或外在肠神经系统、间质细胞、胃平滑肌、激素、血糖等因素均参与了胃动力的调控。近年国内外学者对DGP的研究主要集中于其组织细胞学的改变,大部分DGP患者有不同程度的细微结构异常,因此研究DGP的组织细胞学变化及其潜在的靶向作用可以为DGP的治疗提供新思路。Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)is the most common digestive tract complication in diabetic patients.It is more common in diabetic patients with longer history,especially in patients with type 1 diabetes.The specific mechanism of DGP is not yet clear.Gastric dyskinesia may play a key role,and internal or external intestinal nervous system,stromal cells,gastric smooth muscle,hormones,blood glucose and other factors are all involved in the regulation of gastric motility.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have mainly focused on the changes of tissue cytology of DGP,and found that most patients with DGP have different degrees of subtle structural abnormalities.Therefore,the study of histocytological changes and potential targeting effects of DGP can provide new ideas for the treatment of DGP.
