陈泽涛教授基于“疏肝健脾”法论治老年情志病及验案分享

摘　　要：随着社会老龄化程度的飞速进展,国家对老年病愈加重视,老年情志病作为老年人的常见疾病之一,也被越来越多的人关注。陈泽涛教授从事老年病治疗工作多年,对于老年情志病的治疗有独到见解。陈泽涛教授认为老年情志病的病机多为以虚为主、本虚标实、虚实夹杂,常以疏肝健脾法治之,并取得显著疗效。笔者现将其经验进行总结,以便更好地指导临床实践。With the rapid progress of the aging of society, the country pays more and more attention to senile diseases. As one of the common diseases of the elderly, senile emotional disease has attracted more and more people’s attention. Professor CHEN Zetao has been engaged in treating senile diseases for many years, and has unique insights into the treatment of senile emotional disease. Professor CHEN Zetao believes that the pathogenesis of senile emotional disease is mostly deficiency, the original deficiency and the superficial sufficiency, and the mixture of deficiency and excess. It is often treated by the method of soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen by Professor CHEN Zetao, and significant effects were obtained. Now his clinical experience is summarized by the author in order to better guide the clinical practice.
