对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚型患者应用平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚型患者应用平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法:将100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚型患者(2018年5月-2020年1月)以简单随机化法进行分组,对照组予常规治疗,试验组则于对照组的基础上实施平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗,分析两组慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚型患者治疗结果的差异性。结果:试验组的总有效率高于对照组,P <0.05;试验组治疗后的一秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in one Second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、FEV1/FVC、呼气峰值流速(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)等肺功能指标水平均高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组气促、胸闷、神疲、咯痰、咳嗽等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后的免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)水平均高于治疗前,P <0.05;试验组治疗后的IgA、IgG水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚型患者接受平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗,效果好,可更好地促进患者肺功能、免疫指标水平的改善,临床意义重大。Objective:To explore clinical effects of the Pingchuan Guben decoction(平喘固本汤)plus the Bufei decoction(补肺汤)on the lung and kidney Qi-deficiency type chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:100 cases from May 2018 to January 2020 were divided into groups by a simple randomization method.The control group was treated by routine treatment,and the test group was treated with the Pingchuan Guben decoction plus the Bufei decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the test group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The levels of pulmonary function indicators such as FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,and PEF after treatment in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes such as shortness of breath,chest tightness,fatigue,expectoration,and cough in the test group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Ig A and Ig G after treatment in the two groups were higher than before treatment,P<0.05,and in the the test group after treatment were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Pingchuan Guben decoction plus the Bufei decoction shows good effects on the lung and kidney Qi-deficiency type COPD,can better improve lung function and immune index levels,and is of great significance.
