师氏理筋法在改善腰椎管狭窄症中的应用经验总结

摘　　要：师瑞华主任医师运用师氏理筋法改善腰椎管狭窄症的临床症状取得了显著的疗效,尤其对下肢神经源性麻痛及间歇性跛行有明显的缓解作用,减轻了患者的痛苦并明显改善了其生活质量。笔者通过一年从师老学习,系统整理师氏理筋法的操作要领、手法特点以及师老对腰椎管狭窄症病机的认识和诊疗思路。Chief Physician SHI Ruihua used SHI’s resuming tendons manipulation to ameliorate the clinical symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis, achieved significant effects, especially for lower limb neurogenic numbness and intermittent claudication, relieved pain of patients, and significantly improved life quality of patients. After 1 year of learned from Mr. SHI, the author systematically sorted out the operation essentials and characteristics of SHI’s resuming tendons manipulation, and Mr. SHI’s understanding about the pathogenesis of lumbar spinal stenosis and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment.
