摘　　要：马尔尼菲篮状菌肺炎是罕见的真菌感染性疾病。文章介绍一则采用抗真菌药联合疏风解痉法治疗马尔尼菲篮状菌肺炎顽固性咳嗽案例,治疗后症状明显改善,疗效显著,临床可资借鉴。Clostridium marneffei pneumonia is a rare fungal infectious disease. In this paper, a case of treating refractory cough due to clostridium marneffei pneumonia with antifungal medicines and the dispelling wind and relieving spasmolysis method was introduced.The symptoms were obviously ameliorated, and the effect is remarkable. It can be used in clinical practice.
