益气强心膏对慢性心力衰竭患者心肌能量消耗的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析在慢性心力衰竭患者中应用益气强心膏的临床价值。方法:选取60例就诊于惠州市中医医院的慢性心力衰竭患者,就诊年限为2018年1月-2020年1月。所有患者随机被分为对照组(接受西医常规治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上加用益气强心膏),各30例。对比两组治疗后的效果。结果:治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组的左室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)、每搏输出量(Stroke Volume,SV)、左室短轴缩率速度(Left Ventricular Fractional Shortening,LVFS)显著较高(P <0.05);相比于对照组,观察组的收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End-systolic Dimension,LVESD)显著较低(P <0.05);两组的舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End-diastolic Dimension,LVEDD)相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);相比于对照组,观察组的收缩末期容积(End-systolic Volume,ESV)明显较少(P <0.05),但均在正常范围内;两组的舒张末期容积(End-Diastolic Volume,EDV)相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);较之对照组,观察组的气短、肢体肿胀、气短、乏力评分显著较低(P <0.05)。两组治疗期间均未有不良反应出现(P> 0.05)。结论:给予慢性心力衰竭患者益气强心膏进行治疗,明显改善了患者的心肌功能,减少了心肌消耗,促进了临床症状的缓解,且具有安全性。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of the Yiqi Qiangxin cream(益气强心膏)in treating chronic heart failure.Methods:60 cases in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(took conventional Western medicine plus the Yiqi Qiangxin cream)and the control group(received conventional Western medicine),30 cases in each group.Results:After treatment,LVEF,SV and LVFS levels in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).LVESD level in the observation group was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in LVEDD level between the two groups(P>0.05).ESV level in the observation group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05),but within the normal range.EDV in the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of shortness of breath,limb swelling,shortness of breath,and fatigue in the observation group were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating chronic heart failure with the Yiqi Qiangxin cream significantly improved myocardial function of the patients,reduced myocardial consumption,and promoted the relief of clinical symptoms,with security.
