参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:将巨野县人民医院2018年9月-2020年8月接收的82例慢性肾功能衰竭患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(给予海昆肾喜胶囊治疗)与治疗组(给予参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗),各41例,观察两组的肾功能指标、炎症因子指标及中医证候积分变化,并评价两组的临床疗效。结果:参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗后,治疗组患者各项肾功能指标及炎症因子指标改善幅度均显著优于对照组,P <0.05;治疗组的中医证候积分下降幅度显著高于对照组,P <0.05;治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,P <0.05。结论:对慢性肾功能衰竭患者给予参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗,能够有效延缓肾功能衰竭,改善炎症水平,降低中医证候积分,提高临床效果。Objective:To explore the effects of the Shenqi Dihuang decoction(参芪地黄汤)plus the Haikun Shenxi capsules(海昆肾喜胶囊)on chronic renal failure.Methods:82 cases from September 2018 to August 2020 were divided into the control group(took the Haikun Shenxi capsules)and the treatment group(took the Shenqi Dihuang decoction plus the Haikun Shenxi capsules)according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.Results:After treatment,the improvement of renal function indexes and inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.The decrease of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was remarkably higher than the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Shenqi Dihuang decoction plus the Haikun Shenxi capsules on chronic renal failure can effectively delay renal failure,ameliorate inflammation,decrease TCM syndrome score,and improve clinical effects.
