补肾化瘀汤联合大盒灸治疗膝骨关节炎经验

摘　　要：笔者从事临床骨关节疾病诊治工作近20年,积累了丰富的经验,认为肾虚寒凝血瘀是导致膝骨关节炎发病的重要病机,其中肾虚为本,寒凝血瘀为标,治疗当以补肾散寒化瘀为要。基于此,以右归丸加桃红四物汤加减化裁,自拟补肾化瘀汤联合大盒灸治疗膝骨关节炎,临床取得明显疗效。文章阐述肾虚寒凝血瘀与膝骨关节炎的关系,突出补肾、散寒、化瘀在治疗本病中的具体体现,并附医案一则,以供参考。The author have been engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint diseases for nearly the standard 20 years,and have accumulated rich experience.The author think that kidney deficiency,cold coagulation and blood stasis are the important pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis,among which kidney deficiency is the root,and cold coagulation and blood stasis is.The treatment should be based on tonifying kidney,dispersing cold and removing blood stasis.Based on this,knee osteoarthritis was treated with the Bushen Huayu decoction(补肾化瘀汤)plus large box moxibustion,and showed a good clinical effect.In this paper,the relationship between kidney deficiency,cold coagulation,and blood stasis and knee osteoarthritis was expounded.Therapies of invigorating the kidney,dispelling cold and removing blood stasis were explained in detail,and a medical record was attached for reference.
