清热化湿止泻汤联合神阙穴贴敷治疗急性细菌感染性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热化湿止泻汤联合神阙穴贴敷治疗急性细菌感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将92例急性细菌感染性腹泻患者随机分为两组,各46例,对照组采用盐酸环丙沙星治疗,治疗组采用口服清热化湿止泻汤联合神阙穴贴敷治疗。两组疗程均为3 d。结果:两组治疗后大便性状、大便次数、腹痛程度评分及血浆C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、内毒素水平较治疗前均降低(P <0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组腹泻、腹痛、发热消失时间短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:清热化湿止泻汤联合神阙穴贴敷治疗急性细菌感染性腹泻能够改善临床症状,降低炎症因子及内毒素水平,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qingre Huashi Zhixie decoction(清热化湿止泻汤)plus Shenque point(神阙穴)application on acute bacterial infectious diarrhea.Methods:92 patients with acute bacterial infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride.The treatment group was treated with the Qingre Huashi Zhixie decoction plus Shenque point application.Both groups were treated for 3 days.Results:The stool traits,stool frequency,abdominal pain score and plasma CRP,IL-6 and endotoxin levels were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had shorter time of diarrhea,abdominal pain and fever than the control group(P<0.05),the total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingre Huashi Zhixie decoction plus Shenque point application on acute bacterial infectious diarrhea can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory factors and endotoxin levels,and improve clinical efficacy.
