双花清热汤治疗面部皮肤病举隅

摘　　要：双花清热汤化裁自清代吴瑭(字鞠通)《温病条辨》中的银翘散、桑菊饮。二方疏风清热,针对风温、冬温等温病初起,风热侵袭肺卫而设。高秉钧将《温病条辨》中以“三焦为纲,以病为目”的辨证纲领延伸到外科、皮肤科疾病。日光性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、激素依赖性皮炎、痤疮、玫瑰痤疮等为面部损容性疾病。《素问·太阴阳明论篇》:“伤于风者,上先受之。”故面部皮肤病都与风邪有关。根据中医异病同治治则,笔者认为银翘散、桑菊饮之化裁方双花清热汤可广泛用于风热毒邪上蒸、袭表导致的面部皮肤病,并取得满意疗效。The Shuanghua Qingre decoction(双花清热汤)is made from Yinqiao San(银翘散)and Sangju Yin(桑菊饮)in Wenbing Tiaobian(《温病条辨》)by WU Tang,a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty.Yinqiao San and Sangju Yin both had the effects of dispelling wind and clearing heat,and were designed for the initial onset of febrile diseases such as wind diseases and winter diseases due to wind-heat invades the lung guard.GAO Bingjun,a TCM surgical scientist in Qing Dynasty,extended the syndrome differentiation guideline of“triple burner as the outline and disease as the mesh”in Wenbing Tiaobian to the treatment of surgical and dermatological diseases.Solar dermatitis,seborrheic dermatitis,hormone-dependent dermatitis,acne,rosacea,etc.are all facial damaging diseases.Suwen·Taiyin Yangming Lun(《素问·太阴阳明论篇》):“All the parts of the body that are affected by wind,the upper part is affected first.”Therefore,facial skin diseases are all related to wind pathogens.According to the principle of treating different diseases by the same treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,the author believes that the Shuanghua Qingre decoction can be widely applied in treating facial skin diseases due to wind-heat toxins,and the therapy has achieved satisfactory results.
