国医大师张震学术思想指导下论治痿病的临床体会

摘　　要：神经系统疾病中表现为下肢痿弱的疾病均可归属于中医“痿病”范畴,属于疑难杂症,西医方面的治疗较为棘手,再加之药物不良反应较多,相对而言中医治疗方法多样,国医大师张震的“疏调气机理论”在治疗疑难杂症方面疗效显著,现浅析疏调气机理论在治疗痿病中的临床体会。In the nervous system disease characterized by weak paralysis of lower limbs diseases can be attributable to TCM“myasthenia disease”category belongs to the intractable diseases,Western medicine treats more difficult,in addition,drug’s side effects is more,relatively speaking,TCM treatment is diversiform,the academic guidance of master ZHANG Zhen has a good effect in treating intractable diseases,now soothingness and regulating Qi(气)movement mechanism is analysed in the treatment of disease in clinical experience.
