生脉散加减治疗中青年期前收缩

摘　　要：期前收缩是目前临床上最常见的一种心律失常,各类人群均可发生,且症状的表现程度不同,在一项长期随访无症状健康受试者的调查中显示,室性期前收缩在普通人群中的发病率为1%~4%。文章总结中医学对期前收缩病因病机及治疗经验的认识,并介绍导师在临床上以生脉散加减治疗中青年期前收缩的验案一则。As one of the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice,premature beats can occur in all kinds of people with different degrees of symptoms.In a long-term follow-up study of healthy subjects with no symptoms,the incidence of premature beats in the general population is 1%~4%.This paper summarizes the understanding of Chinese medicine on the etiology,pathogenesis and therapeutic experience of premature beat,and introduces the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of premature beat with Shengmai powder(生脉散).
