细灸条灼灸治疗癌性疲乏临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价细灸条灼灸对于接受手术、放射治疗、化学治疗及分子靶向治疗后的肿瘤患者癌性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法:设计前瞻性随机对照研究,将100例符合纳入标准的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者选择百会、四神聪、足三里、膏肓俞为主穴,并根据不同系统肿瘤进行配穴,予以细灸条灼灸,每周3次,共6周。对照组治以胸腺五肽注射液。两组患者分别在治疗前后采用修订的Piper疲乏自评量表(Revision of the Piper Fatigue Scale,RPFS)、Karnofsky功能状态评分标准(Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS)进行评分,并观察两组患者体质量变化。结果:两组患者治疗后,治疗组RPFS量表四个维度评分及平均分降低程度均大于对照组(P <0.01)。治疗组Karnofsky功能状态评分标准高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组患者体质量有上升趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:细灸条灼灸能改善肿瘤患者的癌性疲乏状态,提高生活质量,并具有操作简单、省时的优点,是治疗癌性疲乏的有效方法。Objective:To evaluate the effects of fine-strip moxibustion on cancer fatigue and quality of life in cancer patients after surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy therapy.Methods:100 patients with cancer-related fatigue were randomLy divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,Baihui(百会),Sishencong(四神聪),Zusanli(足三里)and Gaohuang acupoints(膏肓俞)were selected as the main acupoints,and the other acupoints were matched according to the tumor of different systems,and fine-strip moxibustion was given three times a week.The control group was given thymopentin injection.The treatment group and the control group were treated for 6 weeks.Before and after treatment,the two groups were graded by the revised Piper fatigue self-assessment scale(RPFS)and Karnofsy behavior rating standard(KPS),and the weight changes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the RPFS scores of the four dimensions and the average score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The score of KPS in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The weight of patients in the treatment group shows an increasing trend,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fine-strip moxibustion can relieve cancer-related fatigue,improve the quality of life and has the advantages of simple operation and time-saving.It is an effective method to treat cancer fatigue.
