浅谈温法在膝骨关节炎中的应用

摘　　要：中医理论认为寒邪是导致疼痛的主要原因,而疼痛是膝骨关节炎的主要临床表现。文章通过分析温法的中医理论基础和膝骨关节炎的中医病机,从温阳散寒、温阳化痰湿、温经通络、温五脏之阳五个方面论述温法在膝骨关节炎中的应用。进一步充实中医治疗膝骨关节炎重视阳气、巧用温法的理论。TCM Theory holds that cold evil is the main cause of pain,and pain is the main clinical manifestation of knee osteoarthritis.Through the analysis of TCM theory basis of warming therapy and TCM pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis.The paper discusses the application of warming method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis from the five aspects of dispersing cold in Wen Yang(温阳),Wen Yang to dissipate phlegm and dampness,warming meridians and dredging collaterals,and warming the Yang of the five viscera.To further enrich the theory of paying attention to Yang-Qi(阳气)and using warming therapy skillfully in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
