摘  要:目的 观察隔物灸联合中药治疗女性更年期骨质疏松症的疗效。方法 采用单盲法,将100例女性更年期骨质疏松患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者治疗中使用鲑降钙素肌肉注射治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上,给予隔物灸联合服用中药汤剂。2组疗程均为10周。对比治疗前后2组腰椎及双髋部骨密度数值、VAS评分及总疗效。结果 治疗组10周后腰椎、双髋骨密度、VAS评分较对照组均明显提高,总疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 隔物灸联合中药对更年期女性骨质疏松症的治疗临床效果显著,能有效改善症状、缓解疼痛、提高生活质量,且方法安全、简单。Objective To observe the curative effect of material-partitioned moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of female climacteric osteoporosis. Methods 100 female menopausal osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with salmon calcitonin intramuscular injection,and the treatment group was given material-partitioned moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine. The course of treatment was 10weeks in both groups. Bone mineral density(BMD), VAS score and total curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 10 weeks, lumbar vertebra, hip bone density and VAS score in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the total curative effect was significantly better than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Material-partitioned moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of female climacteric osteoporosis has significantly clinical effect, can effectively improve the symptoms, relieve pain, improve the quality of life, and the method is safe and simple.
