摘　　要：顽固性失眠是一种临床常见的睡眠障碍综合征,可以表现为睡眠质量下降,健康状况受损,合并各种身体不适等。中药疗效好,不良反应少,不但能够改善睡眠,又能够治疗各种伴随症状,改善整体健康状况。国家级名老中医李淑荣主任中医师根据该病的发病特点和病因病机,主张以心、肝、脾同治为基础思想,多脏同调,多因同治,临床中运用自拟方“藤枣龙牡汤”加减化裁,取得显著疗效。Intractable insomnia is a common clinical sleep disorder syndrome,which can be characterized by decreased sleep quality,impaired health,combined with various physical discomfort and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect and less side effects. It can not only improve sleep,but also treat various accompanying symptoms and improve overall health. According to the characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,Li Shurong,director of the national famous and old traditional Chinese medicine,advocated the basic idea of the same treatment of heart,liver and spleen,the same tune of multiple viscera and the same treatment of multiple causes. In clinical practice,the self-made formula“Tengzao Longmu decoction”was added and subtracted,and remarkable curative effects were achieved.
