健脾消积方治疗晚期大肠癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察健脾消积方治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效,探讨治疗晚期大肠癌的有效方法及方药。方法 晚期大肠癌 60 例,其中治疗组(健脾消积方联合化疗)30例;对照组(单纯化疗)30例,评价健脾消积方的临床综合疗效。结果 2 组治疗后,治疗组临床疗效较对照组明显提高;治疗组中医证候积分、生活质量评分变化明显优于对照组;2 组血清CEA和CA19-9以及CA72-4水平较治疗前均减低,治疗组减低较对照组更显著;治疗组 CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平均有所上升;治疗组毒副反应发生率低于对照组,2 组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健脾消积方联合化疗可以控制晚期大肠癌的进展,提高生存质量,改善细胞免疫功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaoji formula in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,and to explore the effective methods and prescriptions for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 60 cases of advanced colorectal cancer,of which 30 were in the treatment group(combined chemotherapy of Jianpi Xiaoji formula) and 30 cases were in the control group(chemotherapy alone).The clinical comprehensive efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.The levels of serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the decrease in treatment group was more significant than that in control group.The levels of CD^(3+),CD^(4+),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)were increased in the treatment group.The incidence of toxic and side effects in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Xiaoji formula combined with chemotherapy can control the progression of advanced colorectal cancer,improve the quality of life,and improve cellular immune function.
