伤科接骨片对骨折患者术后伤口愈合及血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨伤科接骨片对骨折术后患者机体炎症反应和安全性的影响。方法 选取2018年6月—2020年6月就诊于九江市中医医院的84例骨折手术患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各42例。对照组术后予以骨瓜提取物注射液治疗,观察组加用伤科接骨片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平和伤口愈合状况,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%(41/42),高于对照组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折线消失、骨痂生成和骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均无严重不良反应。结论 伤科接骨片可增强骨折术后治疗效果,加快患者局部炎症反应消退,促进骨折愈合,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effects of Shangke Jiegu tablets on the inflammatory response and safety of patients after fracture treatment. Methods Eighty-four patients admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Gugua extract injection after operation,and the observation group was treated with Shangke Jiegu tablets. Clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and wound healing were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%(41/42),which was higher than that of the control group(80.95%,34/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The time of fracture line disappearance,callus formation and fracture healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Shangke Jiegu tablets can enhance the curative effect of postoperative fracture treatment,accelerate the local inflammatory response of patients,promote fracture healing,and is safe and reliable.
