摘　　要：淋巴管囊肿又称淋巴管瘤,是由于阻塞淋巴管不断扩张而形成,可单发或多发,常位于颈部、腋下、纵隔及膈下等,西医多以手术为主要治疗方法,而淋巴管囊肿应属于中医学“瘰疬”的范畴,消瘰丸是《医学心悟》中治疗瘰疬的代表方剂,以清热化痰、软坚散结为主要治法,此病案报道了运用消瘰丸加减有度,做到消补兼顾、标本兼治治疗本病,取得良好的临床疗效。Lymphatic cyst,also known as lymphangioma,is a single or multiple lymphangioma,which is often located in the neck,armpit,mediastinum and diaphragm,etc. surgery is the main treatment method. However,lymphangiocyst should belong to the category of “Luoli”in traditional Chinese medicine,and Xiaoluo pill is the representative prescription for treating scrofula in Yixue Xinwu. The main treatment method is clearing heat and resolving phlegm,dispersing knot. This medical record reports that the use of Xiaoluo pill in a certain degree,so as to give consideration to both elimination and supplement,and treat both symptoms and root causes,and achieved good clinical effect.
