甘草总黄酮自微乳液对痤疮和肝损伤的治疗研究

摘　　要：目的 考察甘草总黄酮自微乳液对痤疮和肝损伤的治疗效果。方法 通过研究甘草总黄酮自微乳液的抗炎作用、对皮脂腺组织变化的作用,以及对对乙酰氨基酚所致的肝损伤小鼠体内AST、ALT、SOD、MDA的水平变化的影响,考察其口服后对痤疮和肝损伤的影响。结果 甘草总黄酮自微乳液能够抑制小鼠耳肿胀,控制皮脂的分泌,降低小鼠血清中AST和ALT水平值,升高肝组织中SOD活性,并降低MDA含量。结论 甘草总黄酮自微乳液对痤疮和肝损伤均有治疗作用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of total flavonoids from Glycyrrhiza uralensis self-microemulsion on acne and liver injury. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch total flavonoids self-microemulsion,the changes of sebaceous glands and the changes of AST,ALT,SOD and MDA levels in mice with acetaminophen-induced liver injury were studied,and the effects of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch total flavonoids on acne and liver injury after oral administration were investigated.Results Glycyrrhrizae Radix total flavonoids self-microemulsion could inhibit mouse ear swelling,control sebum secretion,decrease AST and ALT levels in mouse serum,increase SOD activity in liver tissue and decrease MDA content. Conclusion Glycyrrhrizae Radix total flavonoids self-microemulsion has therapeutic effect on acne and liver injury.
