摘　　要：在国家卫健委统计信息中心主导的医院信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评工作推动下,医院信息平台已成为医院信息化建设的重要内容。为探讨医院信息平台的应用与发展,本文以相关政策为指导,以中国科学技术大学附属第一医院为例,回顾分析了医院信息平台建设情况、存在问题及应用成效,阐明了基于医院信息平台构建医院大数据应用体系的发展方向,并建立了基于医院信息平台的智慧医院架构,以助力智慧医院建设。Driven by the standardized maturity evaluation of hospital information interconnection led by the statistical information center of the National Health Commission,the hospital information platform has become an important content of hospital information construction.In order to explore the application and development of hospital information platform,this paper takes the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China as an example under the guidance of relevant policies,analyzes the construction,existing problems and application results of hospital information platform,expounds the development direction of building hospital big data application system based on hospital information platform,and establishes a smart hospital architecture based on hospital information platform to help the construction of smart hospital.
