摘　　要：近年来,全球各地老龄化逐渐加重,衰弱成为老年医学研究的重点课题。鉴于住院老年患者衰弱发生率较高,本文主要从老年住院患者衰弱的相关影响因素、常用的评估工具以及衰弱干预措施等方面进行综述,旨在提高临床对老年住院患者衰弱状况的认识,进行早期筛查并加强预防,有效避免或延缓衰弱的发生和发展,预防衰弱导致的不良健康结局,从而提高患者在住院期间的生活质量。In recent years,aging around the world has gradually increased,and frailty has become a key topic of geriatric research。In view of the high incidence of frailty in hospitalized elderly patients,this paper reviews the related influencing factors,commonly used assessment tools and frailty intervention measures of frailty in elderly hospitalized patients,aiming to improve the clinical understanding of frailty in elderly hospitalized patients,carry out early screening and strengthen prevention,effectively avoid or delay the occurrence and development of frailty,prevent the adverse health outcomes caused by frailty,so as to improve the quality of life of patients during hospitalization.
