快速康复外科护理在腹股沟疝行腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理在腹股沟疝行腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月我院收治的142例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组71例。两组患者均行腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术治疗,对照组予以常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合快速康复外科护理,比较两组围术期手术相关指标、疼痛情况、睡眠时间、护理干预期间并发症发生率及满意度。结果试验组手术时间、术后自主下床活动时间、术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后第1、2、3天VAS评分低于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率为1.41%,低于对照组的11.27%(P<0.05);试验组护理总满意率为97.18%,高于对照组的87.32%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可缩短腹股沟疝腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术患者手术时间,加速患者康复进程,同时缓解患者疼痛,并延长患者的睡眠时间,降低其并发症发生率,提升满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with inguinal hernia undergoing laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal patch implantation.Methods A total of 142 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 71 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal patch implantation,the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on the basis of the control group.The perioperative operation-related indicators,pain,sleep time,incidence of complications and satisfaction during nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative independent ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the sleep time was longer than that of the control group at 1,2 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1.41%,which was lower than 11.27%in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 97.18%,which was higher than 87.32%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can shorten the operation time of patients with inguinal hernia undergoing laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal patch implantation,accelerate the rehabilitation process,relieve the pain,prolong the sleep time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve satisfaction.
