甲磺酸多沙唑嗪在输尿管镜手术治疗输尿管上段结石围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨甲磺酸多沙唑嗪在输尿管镜手术治疗输尿管上段结石围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的150例输尿管上段结石患者,随机分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。两组均行输尿管镜手术治疗,同时观察组在围术期口服甲磺酸多沙唑嗪。比较两组的一次手术成功率、手术时间,以及术后1周、1个月的结石清除率。结果观察组的一次手术成功率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周的结石清除率为89.33%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);两组术后1个月的结石清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管上段结石患者在输尿管镜手术围术期口服甲磺酸多沙唑嗪,能有效缩短手术时间,提高一次手术成功率和术后短期结石清除率。Objective To explore the application effect of doxazosin mesylate in the perioperative period of ureteroscopic surgery for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods 150 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=75)and control group(n=75).Both groups were treated with ureteroscopic surgery,and the observation group was given doxazosin mesylate in the perioperative period.The success rate of one-time surgery,operation time,and stone clearance rates at 1 week and 1 month after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time surgery in the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Tthe operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The stone clearance rate at 1 week after surgery in the observation group was 89.33%,significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05);No significant difference was found between the two groups in the stone clearance rate at 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusions Oral administration of doxazosin mesylate in the perioperative period of ureteroscopic surgery for patients with upper ureteral calculi can effectively shorten the operation time,and improve the success rate of one-time surgery and the short-term postoperative stone clearance rate.
