七氟醚联合低分子肝素钠对子痫前期产妇围术期GSN、VDBP及凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨七氟醚联合低分子肝素钠应用于子痫前期产妇的临床效果。方法90例行剖宫产术的子痫前期产妇随机分为三组,A组应用七氟醚,B组应用低分子肝素钠,C组应用七氟醚联合低分子肝素钠,比较各组的血清GSN和VDBP、凝血功能、妊娠结局。结果术后3 d,C组的血清GSN、VDBP水平均高于A组、B组,PT、APTT均长于A组、B组,血清FIB水平低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。C组的子痫发作、胎儿窒息、胎盘早剥发生率均低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚联合低分子肝素钠可显著提高子痫前期产妇围术期GSN、VDBP水平,改善凝血功能,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of sevoflurane combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium applied in puerperae with preeclampsia.Methods 90 puerperae with preeclampsia undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was given sevoflurane,group B was given low molecular weight heparin sodium,and group C was given sevoflurane combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium.The serum GSN and VDBP,coagulation function,and pregnancy outcome were compared among three groups.Results 3 d after surgery,the levels of serum GSN and VDBP in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,PT and APTT were longer than those in group A and group B,and serum FIB level was lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The incidences of eclampsia,fetal asphyxia and placental abruption in group C were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Sevoflurane combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium can significantly increase perioperative GSN and VDBP levels,improve coagulation function,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in puerperae with preeclampsia.
