摘 要:目的探讨营养支持对头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间营养状态及不良反应的影响。方法85例头颈部肿瘤患者随机分为两组,实验组给予鼻饲或胃造瘘,参照组给予常规经口进食,比较两组的营养状况以及不良反应。结果放疗后28 d,实验组的Alb、Hb、TRF、IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组放疗结束时的不良反应发生率为60.47%,低于参照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论营养支持可改善头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间的营养状态,提升其免疫功能,降低放疗不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the impact of nutritional support on nutritional status and adverse reactions during radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors.Methods 85 patients with head and neck tumors were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was given nasal feeding or gastrostomy,and the reference group was given routine oral feeding.The nutritional status and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results 28 days after radiotherapy,the levels of Alb,Hb,TRF,IgG,IgA and IgM in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions at the end of radiotherapy in the experimental group was 60.47%,lower than 83.33%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional support can improve the nutritional status of patients with head and neck tumors during radiotherapy,enhance their immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions due to radiotherapy.
