摘　　要：目的探讨心血管康复治疗对急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭患者心功能与预后的影响。方法90例急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予心血管康复治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、心功能以及心脏不良事件发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,心脏不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,LVEF、LVEDD均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心血管康复治疗可明显改善急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭患者的心功能及预后。Objective To explore the impact of cardiovascular rehabilitation therapy on cardiac function and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given cardiovascular rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and incidence of cardiac adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of cardiac adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group,and LVEF and LVEDD were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cardiovascular rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the cardiac function and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.
