腰脊神经后支射频毁损术联合银质针导热疗法治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腰脊神经后支射频毁损术联合银质针导热疗法治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛(CNLBP)的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月我院收治的80例CNLBP患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用腰脊神经后支射频毁损术治疗,观察组采用腰脊神经后支射频毁损术联合银质针导热疗法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛程度及日常活动能力。结果治疗2周后,两组的VAS评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组的BI评分均显著高于治疗前,且观察组的BI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰脊神经后支射频毁损术联合银质针导热疗法治疗CNLBP的效果显著,可有效降低患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的日常活动能力。Objective To explore the effect of radiofrequency destruction of posterior branches of lumbar spinal nerve combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP).Methods 80 CNLBP patients admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency destruction of posterior branches of lumbar spinal nerve,and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency destruction of posterior branches of lumbar spinal nerve combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy.The pain degree and daily activity ability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the BI scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the BI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Radiofrequency destruction of posterior branches of lumbar spinal nerve combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy in the treatment of CNLBP has significant effect,and can effectively reduce the pain degree and improve the daily activity ability of patients.
