摘　　要：目的探讨伊伐布雷定联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果及对患者心功能的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的94例CHF患者,随机分为两组各47例。对照组采用伊伐布雷定治疗,研究组采用伊伐布雷定联合左西孟旦治疗。比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的心功能指标(LVEF、LVEDD、LVEDV)。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.62%,显著高于对照组的72.34%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEF均显著高于治疗前,LVEDD、LVEDV均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组的LVEF显著高于对照组,LVEDD、LVEDV均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伊伐布雷定联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的心功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ivabradine combined with levosimendan in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)and its impact on patients'cardiac function.Methods 94 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ivabradine,and the study group was treated with ivabradine combined with levosimendan.The clinical efficacy and the cardiac function indicators(LVEF,LVEDD,LVEDV)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.62%,significantly higher than 72.34%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the LVEDD and LVEDV were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The LVEF in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the LVEDD and LVEDV were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ivabradine combined with levosimendan in the treatment of chronic heart failure has significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve patients'cardiac function.
