支持性心理干预在三联序贯性血液净化治疗百草枯中毒患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨支持性心理干预在三联序贯性血液净化治疗百草枯中毒患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年7月至2020年6月在我院行三联序贯性血液净化治疗的60例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料,分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用支持性心理干预。比较两组干预前后的自我效能感以及心理弹性水平。结果干预2周后,两组的GSES评分、CD-RISC评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组的GSES评分、CD-RISC评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于行三联序贯性血液净化治疗的百草枯中毒患者,支持性心理干预可有效提升其自我效能感和心理弹性水平。Objective To explore the application effect of supportive psychological intervention in patients with paraquat poisoning treated with triple sequential blood purification.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with paraquat poisoning treated with triple sequential blood purification admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given supportive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy and the level of psychological resilience were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the GSES and CD-RISC scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the GSES and CD-RISC scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with paraquat poisoning treated with triple sequential blood purification,supportive psychological intervention can effectively improve their self-efficacy and level of psychological resilience.
