摘　　要：目的探讨细致化护理在小儿肝母细胞瘤(HB)术后的应用效果。方法84例行手术治疗的HB患儿按照护理方法的不同分为两组各42例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用术后细致化护理,比较两组的术后恢复情况、依从性及家长护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的哭闹时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的总依从率为97.62%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。观察组的家长护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论术后细致化护理可有效提高肝母细胞瘤患儿的依从性,改善预后,提升家长的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing in children with hepatoblastoma(HB)after surgery.Methods 84 cases of HB children who received surgical treatment were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received postoperative meticulous nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,compliance and parents'nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The crying time and hospitalization time of children in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall compliance rate of children in the observation group was 97.62%,higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of parents in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Postoperative meticulous nursing can effectively improve the compliance of children with hepatoblastoma,improve the prognosis,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of parents.
