摘 要:目的分析胎膜早破(PROM)并发宫内感染病原菌类型及其胎膜组织中凋亡因子表达水平。方法98例PROM产妇按宫内感染发生情况分为非感染组和感染组,分析PROM并发宫内感染的病原菌类型,比较两组胎膜组织中Bcl-2、Caspase-3、AIF表达水平。结果37例合并宫内感染产妇中检出52株病原菌,以大肠埃希菌、B族链球菌、白假丝酵母为主。感染组胎膜组织中Bcl-2表达水平低于非感染组,Caspase-3、AIF表达水平高于非感染组(P<0.05)。结论PROM并发宫内感染的病原菌主要为大肠埃希菌、B族链球菌、白假丝酵母,胎膜组织中Bcl-2表达降低,Caspase-3、AIF表达升高。Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria types of premature rupture of membranes(PROM)complicated with intrauterine infection and the expression levels of apoptosis factors in fetal membrane tissue.Methods 98 puerperae with PROM were divided into non-infection group and infection group according to the occurrence of intrauterine infection.The pathogenic bacteria types of PROM complicated with intrauterine infection were analyzed,and the expression levels of Bcl-2,Caspase-3 and AIF in fetal membrane tissue were compared between the two groups.Results 52 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 37 puerperae with intrauterine infection,mainly Escherichia coli,Group B Streptococcus,and Candida albicans.The expression level of Bcl-2 in fetal membrane tissue of infection group was lower than that of non-infection group,and the expression levels of Caspase-3 and AIF were higher than those of non-infection group(P<0.05).Conclusions The pathogenic bacteria of PROM complicated with intrauterine infection are mainly Escherichia coli,Group B Streptococcus,and Candida albicans.The expression of Bcl-2 in fetal membrane tissue decreases,while the expressions of Caspase-3 and AIF increase.
