摘 要:为了分析某重型汽车驱动桥壳在随机振动时结构设计的合理性,通过建立驱动桥壳模型并利用有限元分析软件对驱动桥壳进行模态分析,得到了驱动桥壳在自由模态下的前12阶固有频率与振型。通过采用单点实振的试验方法对驱动桥壳进行自由模态下的频响试验验证,并把驱动桥壳在弹性模态下的固有频率试验数据与有限元仿真中的弹性模态固有频率数据进行对比分析,最后得出试验数据与仿真数据误差最大值仅为2.70%,分析得到的误差值在合理的范围内,从而验证了仿真分析结果的准确性。In order to analyze the rationality of the structural design of a heavy truck drive axle housing under random vibration,the first 12 order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the drive axle housing under free mode are obtained by establishing the drive axle housing model and using the finite element analysis software to conduct modal analysis on the drive axle housing.Through the adoption of a single point of real vibration test method for drive axle casing under the free modal frequency response test,and the natural frequency of the drive axle shell under elastic modal test data and the finite element simulation of the elastic modal natural frequency data,this paper compares and analyzes test data and simulation data maximum error is only 2.70%,analysis of error values in a reasonable range,the accuracy of the simulation results is verified.
