摘 要:为评价汽车转向节的模态特性及安全性,建立了某轿车转向节的有限元分析模型,对其进行有限元自由模态分析,得到了弹性模态前10阶固有频率和相应振型,并通过模态分析实验进行验证。经对比分析表明,有限元模态分析和模态分析实验得到的各阶频率数值接近,整体误差较小,最大误差仅为10%,且转向节的低阶模态固有频率远大于外部激励频率,不易产生共振。In order to evaluate the modal characteristics and safety of automobile steering knuckle,the finite element analysis model of a car steering knuckle is established,and the free mode analysis of finite element is carried out,and the natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the first ten orders of elastic modes are obtained,which are verified by modal analysis experiments.The comparative analysis shows that the results of finite element modal analysis and modal analysis experiment are relatively consistent,and the maximum error is 10%.The low-order modal natural frequency of steering knuckle is much larger than the external excitation frequency,which is not easy to produce resonance.
