摘  要:为了研究粘贴竖向双L形板加固预应力混凝土T梁抗剪性能,开展了室内模型试验,获取了加固梁和未加固梁的荷载挠度曲线,观察了梁体的损伤发展过程,测试了箍筋和钢板的应变发展规律。基于混凝土塑性损伤模型,考虑钢筋和钢板材料非线性效应,分别建立了未加固和加固梁的非线性数值模型。对比分析了试验结果和数值有限元分析结果,验证了数值模型的有效性。对箍板厚度、混凝土强度、钢板间距、钢板宽度、剪跨长度、箍筋间距、预应力等7个参数的16个数值模型的箍板应力不均匀系数进行了数理统计。采用柯尔莫哥洛夫检验法(D_(n)检验法)分别对不均匀系数进行正态分布、最小极值分布及威布尔分布假设检验。结果表明:粘贴竖向钢板箍能提高已有损伤的预应力混凝土梁斜截面抗剪承载力;粘贴的双L形钢箍板工作良好,没有出现粘贴箍板剥离现象,在加固梁剪压破坏时钢箍板剥离;加固试验梁破坏时,位于剪跨段斜截面上的U形钢板箍的各测点应变表现出不均匀性,且各加固钢板强度发挥程度随加固梁加载量的增大越发不一致;粘贴竖向双L形箍板加固预应力混凝土T梁抗剪承载力时,钢板的应力不均匀系数服从威布尔分布,95%下限取值为0.55。In order to study the shear performance of PC T-beam strengthened with vertical double L-shaped steel plate,the indoor model tests is carried out to obtain the load deflection curves of the reinforced and unreinforced beams,the damage development processes of the beams are observed,and the strain development rules of stirrups and steel plates are tested.Based on the concrete plastic damage model and considering the nonlinear effects of steel bars and steel plates,the nonlinear numerical models of unreinforced and reinforced beams are established respectively.The experimental result and the numerical finite element analysis result are compared and analyzed,and the effectiveness of the numerical model is verified.The mathematical statistics are performed on the hoop plate stress unevenness coefficients of 16 numerical models with 7 parameters,including hoop plate thickness,concrete strength,steel plate spacing,steel plate width,shear span length,stirrup spacing and prestress.The normal distribution,minimum extreme value distribution and Weibull distribution hypothesis of the unevenness coefficients are tested by using Kolmogorov test method(D_(n) test method).The result shows that(1) bonding vertical steel plate hoop can increase the shear capacity of the oblique section of damaged PC beam;(2) the bonded double L-shaped steel hoop plate works well,and there is no peeling phenomenon of the bonded hoop plate,but the steel hoop plate peeled off when the reinforced beam is damaged by shearing;(3) when the reinforced test beam is damaged,the strains at the measuring points on the U-shaped steel plate hoop at the oblique section of the shear span segment show unevenness,and the strength exertion degrees of the reinforced steel plates become more and more inconsistent with the increase of the load on the reinforced beam;(4) when the shear bearing capacity of the PC T-beam is strengthened with vertical double L-shaped steel plate,the stress unevenness coefficient of the steel plate obeys the Weibull distribution,and the lo
