摘  要:针对隧道排水系统出现的岩溶地下水结晶堵塞问题,设计模型试验,研究了岩溶区隧道排水管结晶规律。首先,基于腐蚀性分析及饱和指数法,测试了隧道岩溶地下水的离子成分和浓度,分析了隧道排水管内结晶物的形成及结晶趋势。其次,基于供水系统、回水系统以及目标管道系统3个部分,设计组装了模型试验装置,模拟了隧道现场结晶现象。通过模型试验,分别研究了不同流率(180,140,100 ml/s)、不同排水坡度(4%,6%,8%)、不同接触角管材(PVC,PPR,HDPE管道)下结晶物质量随时间的变化规律,分析了各个因素对结晶物生成量的影响。试验结果表明:岩溶区隧道排水管内地下水的饱和指数大于0,隧道排水管内地下水具有结晶趋势。结晶物的生长速率均是随时间而加快,一定条件下,流率越大、排水坡度越小,管道内结晶物的生成速率越快;管材接触角越大,结晶物生成速率越小,结晶物质量越小,管道的接触角与结晶物质量呈负增长关系。最后,结合试验结果,考虑了不同固体表面接触角的影响,对基于溶解-沉积理论的结晶物质量预测公式进行了修正,提出了岩溶区隧道排水系统结晶物质量预测模型。Aiming at the problem of karst groundwater crystal blockage in tunnel drainage system,a model test is designed,and the crystallization rule of tunnel drainage pipe in karst area is studied.First,based on the corrosion analysis and saturation index method,the ion composition and concentration of the tunnel karst groundwater are tested,and the formation and crystallization trend of crystals in the tunnel drainage pipe are analyzed.Second,based on the water supply system,the return water system and the target piping system,a model test device is designed and assembled to simulate the on-site crystallization phenomenon of the tunnel.Through the model test,the variations of the crystal quality with time under different flow rates(180,140,100 ml/s),different drainage slopes(4%,6%,8%),and the pipes with different contact angles(PVC,PPR,HDPE pipes) are studied,and the influence of different factors on the crystal formation is analyzed.The test result shows that(1) The saturation index of groundwater in tunnel drainage pipe in karst area is greater than 0,and the groundwater in the tunnel drainage pipe has a crystallization trend.(2) The growth rate of crystal increases with time.Under a certain condition,the higher the flow rate and the smaller the drainage slope,the faster the crystal formation rate in the pipeline.(3) The larger the pipe contact angle,the smaller the crystal formation rate and the smaller the crystal amount.The contact angle of the pipe has a negative growth relationship with the crystal amount.Finally,combining with the test result,considering the influence of different solid surface contact angles,the crystal amount prediction formula based on the dissolution-deposition theory is modified,and a prediction model suitable for predicting the crystal amount of tunnel drainage system in karst area is proposed.
