摘　　要：2012年,国家脑损伤质控评价中心的质控工作从零开始。经过10年的发展,围绕脑死亡判定质控的基本条件,解决了如下问题:(1)组建脑死亡判定质控团队,其中包括脑死亡判定专业技术人员、师资人员、质控管理人员、质控秘书四大团队建设,以及质控专家、质控技术、质控咨询三大工作委员会建设;(2)制定脑死亡判定质控措施,其中包括制定《脑死亡判定质控指标》《脑死亡判定技术管理办法》和《脑损伤质控评价中心工作手册》以及持续推进国家-省(自治区、直辖市)-医院三级质控管理体系;(3)设定脑死亡判定质控目标,提出了质控技能专业化、质控步骤程序化和质控效率信息化三大核心要素,并围绕下一步脑死亡判定质控目标,提出了增加质控病例体量、缩小质控地区之间差异和扩大质控国际影响力三大任务。The quality control work of the Brain Injury Quality Control Evaluation Center of the National Health Commission started in 2012.After 10years of development,the following problems have been solved around the basic conditions of brain death determination quality control:(1)establishing a brain death determination quality control team,including the construction of four teams of brain death determination professional technicians,teachers,quality control management personnel and quality control secretary,as well as the construction of three working committees of quality control experts,quality control technology and quality control consulting;(2)formulating quality control measures for brain death determination,including"Brain Death Determination Quality Control Indicators"and"Brain Injury Quality Control Evaluation Center Work Manual"and the national-province(autonomous region,municipality)-hospital three-level quality control management system;(3)setting the quality control target for brain death determination,and proposing three core elements of quality control skills specialization,quality control procedure programming and quality control efficiency informatization.Focusing on the next step in the quality control goals for brain death determination,three major tasks were proposed to increase the volume of quality control cases,narrow the differences between quality control regions,and expand the international influence of quality control.
