摘　　要：目的通过脑死亡判定质控指标的建立与应用,提高脑死亡判定质量。方法(1)基于《脑死亡判定标准与技术规范》,建立脑死亡判定技术质量控制指标;(2)经2017年-2020年“医院-省(自治区、直辖市)-国家”三级质控管理体系质控,对脑死亡病例进行质控指标分析。结果各项核心质控指标的符合率或合格率逐年提高并达到90%以上;自主呼吸激发试验实施率大幅度提升,从46.10%提升至94.90%;复评次数合格率从72.40%增加至92.50%。结论通过质控指标的建立与应用,可以量化脑死亡判定质控质量。质控指标需要持续改进,以推动脑死亡判定规范化进程。Objective To improve the quality of brain death determination through the establishment and application of quality control index for brain death determination.Methods(1)Based on the criteria and technical specifications for the brain death determination,the quality control indexes of brain death determination were established.(2)After the quality control of the three-level quality control management system of"hospital-province(autonomous region,municipality directly under the Central Government)-state"from 2017to 2020,the brain death cases were analyzed centering on the quality control indicators.Results The conformity rate or qualified rate of the core quality control indicators increased year by year and reached more than 90%.The application rate of apnea test increased significantly from 46.10%to 94.90%.The qualified rate of the reassessment increased from 72.40%to 92.50%.Conclusion The establishment and application of quality control index can quantify the quality control of brain death determination.Quality control indicators need to be continuously improved to promote the standardization process of brain death determination.
