摘　　要：国家脑损伤质控评价中心开发了脑死亡判定质量控制信息平台。通过该平台,国家质控中心可对省级质控中心和质控示范医院提交的脑死亡判定病例进行监管。2018年-2020年,质控病例总数达2199例,应用平台医院数达94家;脑死亡判定自主呼吸激发试验实施率显著提高,质控反馈问题比例呈下降趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三级质控的时效性有改善。依托该平台,能够提高脑死亡判定质量控制工作效率,促进脑死亡判定的同质化和规范化,但平台功能仍需持续改进。The National Center for Quality Control and Evaluation of Brain Injury has developed a information platform for quality control of brain death determination.Through this information platform,the national quality control center can supervise brain death cases submitted by provincial quality control centers and demonstration hospitals.From2018to 2020,The total number of quality control cases reached 2199,and the number of application platform hospitals reached 94.The implementation rate of apnea test for brain death determination was significantly increased,and the proportion of quality control feedback problems showed a downward trend with statistical significance(P<0.05).The timeliness of tertiary quality control was effectively improved.Relying on this information platform,the quality control efficiency of brain death determination can be improved,and the homogenization and standardization of brain death determination can be improved.However,the function of platform still needs to be improved.
