摘  要:钢制扬克烘缸是由缸体与端盖焊接组成的主结构。其中,缸体为受内压圆柱壳,有着规范的设计计算方法,端盖为一圆板,且扬克烘缸有一心轴连接。此前,端盖设计均按照压力容器规范中的平盖进行设计计算,这是一种保守的计算方法。本文根据在均布荷载作用下环形圆板的设计方法给出了端盖的设计计算方法。The steel Yankee cylinder is the main structure composed of the cylinder body and the end plate welded together.The cylinder body is a cylindrical shell subject to internal pressure,which has a standard design calculation method,and the end plate is a round plate,while the Yankee cylinder has a center shaft.Previously,the end plate were designed according to the flat cover design method in the specifications of the pressure vessels,which is a conservative calculation method.In this paper,the calculation method in design of the end plate was given according to the design method for the annular plate under uniformly distributed load.
