摘 要:育苗纸在使用过程中需要较高的湿强度,普通纸张难以满足。本实验利用植物长纤维帚化后的结合力,使纸具备与无纺布类似的干湿强度。结果表明:麻浆比针叶木浆更适合制备高湿强度育苗纸,麻浆占比70%最佳;打浆度不宜太高,28°S R时既能满足强度要求又能保持合适的透气度;添加助剂能获得较好的纸张性能;最佳配比下纸张的湿抗张强度达622 N/m,干抗张强度为712 N/m。Paper is a good choice for seedling containers,but the seedling process requires high wet strength,and ordinary paper is difficult to meet the requirement.In this study,the binding force of long plant fiber after brooming was used to make the paper have the same dry and wet strength as non-woven fabric.The results showed that hemp pulp is more suitable for preparing high wet strength paper than soft wood pulp,when the proportion of hemp pulp is 70%,while beating degree should not be too high.28°SR can not only meet the strength requirements but also retain the appropriate permeability,and adding appropriate additives can get better paper properties.Under the optimum conditions,the wet tensile strength of paper reaches to 622 N/m,and the dry tensile strength 712 N/m.
