摘 要:随着我国放射性废物处置的研究推进,现在迫切需要制定有效的放射性废物处置研究公众沟通方案。通过对法国、瑞典、芬兰和韩国典型放射性废物地质处置项目公众沟通实践的调研,掌握其在职能分工、科普宣传、信息公开和合作共建4个方面的经验。结合我国国情及社会现状,提出了开展放射性废物处置公众沟通实践方面的可行建议,增进公众对项目意义和科学知识的理解、增强公众对项目安全性的信心、增加公众对政府和负责方的信任。With the development of radioactive waste disposal research in China,it is urgent to develop an effective public communication plan for radioactive waste disposal research.Based on the investigation of public communication of radioactive waste geological disposal projects in France,Sweden,Finland and Korea,their experience in functional division,science popularization,information disclosure and cooperation was summarized in the paper.Combined with the current situations and social status,feasible suggestions on public communication was put forward,so as to enhance the public understanding of the significance and knowledge of the project and increase their confidence on the project safety and the trust in the government and the responsible party.
